Installing in OpenIV
The browser builds everything except the encrypted .rpf — OpenIV handles that part.
Unzip
Inside: a dlc.rpf folder and a readme.
Open OpenIV (Edit Mode)
Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\.
Pack to RPF7
Make dlc.rpf an RPF7 archive — and the inner <vehicle>.rpf too.
Register & play
Add the dlclist.xml line from the readme, then spawn it.
